ORDER

All orders are confirmed after checkout. Kindly ensure that you have selected the correct colors/sizes. Once an order has been placed, Bonn Moda Pte. Ltd. will not be held liable in the event of mis-selection.

Kindly ensure that your full address is clearly stated. Orders with incomplete or incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mail. Bonn Moda Pte. Ltd. will not be responsible for incomplete or incorrect address provided.

Standard Shipping (No tracking available*) - $2 

Qxpress - $4.30

All orders will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays). Do note that it may take between 3 to 4 working days during sales and/or holiday peak period.

*Bonn will not be liable for rare cases of lost packages.

International

Qxpress delivery is available for the following countries: Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, South Korea, United States and United Kingdom. 

(Shipping fees will be available at checkout based on item weight)

Qxpress international shipments will take 7 to 30 working days to be delivered to the recipients, depending on the custom's clearance, local post distribution operations and recipient's geographical location.

*Note for International orders*

In the event that taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be held responsible to cover such fees before delivery can proceed. It is recommended that the you check with the local post office for such fees prior to placing an order to avoid any confusion.
