Returns & Exchanges
We only provide returns & exchanges due to the following reasons:
- Item is defective
- Item is incorrect
Please contact us within 7 working days of receipt if you wish to return or exchange your item.
- Domestic: We will cover the shipping fee for the 1st return request of each order.
- International: Unfortunately, we currently do not cover shipping costs for returns but we are working on offering more friendly return policies.)\
We apologise if we have sent you an incorrect/defective item! Please contact us at email@example.com and we will get back to you.
- There may be a 1cm – 2cm difference in our given measurements as apparels are mass manufactured. This variance will not be considered as a defect.
- We always strive to depict each item's true colour to the best of our ability. However, colours may still deviate slightly on different screens as different technological devices have varying screen colour resolutions. Such cases will not be considered as a defect.
- Items with crease marks, loose threads, small thread bumps or slight stains that do not affect the overall look of item will not be considered as a defect.
- Prints may vary in terms of alignment/colour/symmetry for each piece and this will not be considered a defect.
- We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (colour runs, shrinking...etc) after being washed or soaked. Such cases will not be considered as a defect.
- Items that have been deliberately damaged or mishandled will not be eligible.
Exchange will only be done for item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Items that do not fulfill these criteria will be duly declined.
A one-for-one replacement will be carried out. In the event that item is sold out, a refund will be done.
